Europe EEIG
interact & cooperate across borders
A European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIG) is a company based on the law of the European Union. Its purpose is to facilitate and promote cross-border cooperation between member states. It was introduced on July 25, 1985 as the first European form of company by the EEC, which still existed at the time, and is considered a commercial company in Germany within the meaning of the German Commercial Code.
We, HCONSULT GmbH in Gera and HCONSULT Polska sp. z o.o., are the members of the HCONSULT Europe EEIG.

In addition, with our Polish company, Hconsult Polska Sp. z o.o. in Katowice, we advise on the establishment and organization of a company in Poland. We offer a full range of consulting services in Poland, similar to those in Germany.
